Spinach - Oyster Soup

1 pint Oysters & juice
1 package frozen chopped spinach (cooked by directions)
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1 quart milk
Salt & pepper to taste
Tabasco to taste

Melt butter. Blend in flour. Pour in milk, Oysters, spinach and seasoning. Cook slowly for about 15 minutes, do not let boil (milk will curdle).
