Prawn Til Tikka

1 pound big size prawns
1/2 teaspoon chile powder
1 sm bunch cilantro
20 grams garlic
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
oil for frying
salt to taste

Clean the prawns and do not remove the tail portion In the middle, make a spot horizontally with a knife. Mix salt, lemon juice, garlic paste and stuff in the middle. Mix 1 tbsp of sesame seeds, 1tbsp oil, chile powder, cilantro, salt and blend to make a paste. Pat the prawns dry with a paper tissue, apply the above mix to the pieces. Roll the pieces in remaining sesame seeds and fry the pieces in the oil until they get crispy. Serve hot with any sauce.
