Cape Cod Clam Chowder 2 tbsp. butter Melt butter in deep saucepan. Add onion; cook slowly until golden brown. Add clams in liquid; add potatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Cook until potatoes are tender. Remove from heat and slowly add 2 cups of milk and 1 cup of cream which have been heated. Serve immediately. |
