Baked Scallops For Two

3/4 lb. Cape Scallops
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/3 cup white wine (Chablis)
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Salt & pepper to taste

Place rinsed Scallops in baking dish. Pour melted butter and wine over them. Sprinkle crumbs over Scallops, and sprinkle cheese over crumbs. Bake 20 minutes in 400 degree oven.
