Baked Oysters with Crabmeat 3 tbsp. butter Melt butter; add onion and pepper. Cook for a few minutes. Stir in flour. Continue to stir while you add liquid. Simmer with mushrooms, parsley and wine. Remove from fire to add egg yolks. Cook over low heat until thickened. Add crabmeat and seasonings. Place oysters in oblong Pyrex dish. Pour mixture over oysters. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown on top. Serves 6. |
