Sizzling Prawns with Ginger 3 T Peanut oil Heat a very large nonstick saute pan or a large wok over high heat until it is hot. Add the oil and heat until is just begins to smoke. Add the prawns, red bell pepper, ginger, garlic, chili paste, and sherry, and cook over high heat for 1 minute, stirring all the while. Add the onions, soy sauce, and peanuts and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add half of the cilantro and mix well. Turn the prawns onto a large platter, garnish with the remaining cilantro, and serve immediately with steamed rice or noodles. |
