Crawfish Cornbread

1 cup yellow cornmeal
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 or 2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 can cream style corn
2 large onions, chopped fine
3 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 lb. Crawfish with fat

Mix ingredients well and pour into greased pan. Cook at 400 F for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Let cool before cutting and serving.
