Seafood Casserole 1 1/2 lb. Scallops (or 1/2 lb. Scallop, 1/2 lb. Crab Meat, 1/2 lb. Shrimp)
Melt butter and mix in stuffing and seafood. Put into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Pour Half & Half over all. Layer crumbs over top and bake at 425 F for 1/2 hour.
Serves 4-6
