Microwave Oyster Soup

1 1/2 dozen Oysters
6 Tbsp. butter
3 cloves garlic
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. nutmeg
Pepper
6 Tbsp. flour
5 cups milk

Cut off gills and cook with butter, garlic, nutmeg and pepper on high (100% power) for 2 minutes. Stir in flour, any Oyster liquor and milk. Heat for 6-8 minutes until bubbling vigorously. Stir until smooth. Push liquid through sieve and add sliced Oyster bodies. Add lemon juice and reheat for 3-5 minutes before serving.

Serves 7 or 8
