Delicious Thick Oyster Soup

1 dozen large Oysters
1 pint cream
4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
1 cup hot milk
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper

Run the Oysters through chopper, make white sauce of butter, flour, and cream, add seasoning. Thin with hot milk, and serve in bouillon cups.
