Prawns A La Szechwan 1/2 lb. Prawns (Shrimp)
In wok, skillet or chafing dish, heat oil until hot. Saute Shrimp, garlic, ginger root, scallions and chile peppers. Cook a few minutes. Add sherry, catsup, sugar and cornstarch mixture and continue to cook, stirring constantly, until Shrimp are done. Serve immediately.
