Golden Oyster Stew

1 quart fresh Oysters
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup sliced celery
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
1 cup cream of potato soup
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 jar pimentos, diced
1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp. liquid hot pepper sauce
1/4 tsp. salt

Cook onion and celery in margarine. Add mushrooms, cook 1 minute. Stir flour, salt and pepper in. Add milk gradually until thick. Do not boil. Add cheese, stir until melted. Add Oysters, soup, etc. Cook over low heat 5-10 minutes, until Oysters curl.
