Chafin Dish Oysters

2 pods garlic, chopped fine
1 bell pepper, chopped fine
1 cup celery, chopped fine
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 onions, chopped fine
2 sticks butter or margarine
1 cup flour
2 quart Oysters
Dash of Tabasco
Salt & pepper

Brown flour in butter. Add chopped vegetables and Oysters with liquid. Add Worcestershire and seasonings. This should be the consistency of a thin to medium gravy. Serve with bite-size pastry shells or toast triangles.
