Cajun Fried Oysters

Raw Oysters
Flour
Grease
Salt
Pepper
2 eggs

Pour grease into 6 inch deep frying pot. Let grease be heating. Beat eggs in a bowl with a fork (may need to add more eggs if cooking large quantity). Dip raw Oyster, one at a time, into egg batter and then roll in flour. Drop Oyster into frying pot. Fry over medium to high heat. When Oysters float on top of grease and are a golden brown, dip out and place on paper towels to drain. Salt and pepper Oyster.
