Seafood Chowder 3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
Brown onions, mushrooms in garlic and butter until tender. Add soups. Slowly add wine and water. Add seafood and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes. Better if made and then reheated.
