Oyster Stew 2-4 Tbsp. butter
Use double boiler. Do not let top pot sit in the water. Place top over boiling water, saute first 3 ingredients. Place pan over boiling water and add Oysters, milk, salt and pepper. When the milk is hot and the Oyster FLOAT add parsley. Do not over cook. |
