Oysters
Cracker meal
Black pepper

Cover cabinet area with plastic wrap. Dust generously with cracker meal. Place Oysters on meal, sprinkle with black pepper and cover with more meal. As Oysters absorb the meal continue to mop up and add more meal until Oysters no longer appear wet. Allow Oysters to bond with the meal for 20 minutes. Drop Oysters in hot oil one at a time. As Oysters bubble up and brown, turn to brown underside, remove and drain.
