Baked Scallops

1 lb. Scallops
Salt & pepper to taste
Mushrooms, finely chopped
Parsley
Seasoned bread crumbs
About 3 tsp. dry white wine
3 tsp. butter, melted
Lemon juice

Wash and drain Scallops. Place in oven-proof low serving dish or pie pan. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley, mushrooms (optional), and bread crumbs. Drizzle butter over, then wine. Bake at 400 F for 10 to 12 minutes. Sprinkle a little lemon juice on and serve.
