Lobster broccoli Chowder

1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup butter
2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. tarragon
Pepper to taste
3 cups milk
3/4 cup cooked chopped broccoli
2 small boiled Lobster Tails, chopped
8 oz. sour cream

Saute onion and celery in butter. Add flour, salt, pepper, tarragon and milk to make a white sauce. Add other ingredients and cook until blended but do not boil.

Serves 4
