Lobster Chowder

3 cups cut up Lobster
1/8 lb. butter or oleo
1/2 tsp. vinegar
2 medium potatoes
1/2 onion
1/2 pint heavy cream
Milk
Salt & pepper

Melt butter in fry pan and add cut up Lobster. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add cream. Boil potatoes and onions which have been diced in a separate pan. When done drain and add Lobster mixture. Season with salt and pepper and add sufficient milk to cover. Heat and serve.
