Oyster Stew Savarin

4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of paprika
1 quart raw Oysters
1 1/2 quart milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Few grains pepper

Melt butter or margarine in deep saucepan. Add Worcestershire sauce and paprika; stir until smooth. Add Oysters and Oyster liquor; cook over low heat until edges of Oysters curl. Add milk, salt and pepper; heat thoroughly but do not boil.

Makes 6 servings
