Mussel Chowder 12 Mussels, minced or chopped
White Sauce:
Make up white sauce of butter, flour, milk, and parsley. Add vinegar and white wine. Simmer gently for 15 minutes. Serve with garlic bread, croutons, or crackers. Serves 4 |
