Oyster Stew

1 pint Oysters, standard
1 quart milk
1 stick butter
Salt, pepper, parsley, Old Bay Seasoning

In 2 quart heavy pot, heat butter until it melts over medium heat. Pour Oysters and liquor into hot butter. Stir for 2-3 minutes until Oysters begin to curl around the edges. Add 1 quart of milk and heat through, but do not boil. Add salt, pepper, Old Bay Seasoning and parsley to taste.

Serves 4
