Fried Lobster Tail

4 (6 oz.) Lobster Tails, thawed
1 egg
1 cup bread crumbs
Oil
Sauce:
1/4 cup honey
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

Remove Lobster Tails from their shells.

Heat oil in a frying pan, moderate temperature.

Dip tails in egg then bread crumbs and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towel.

Mix together honey and mustard. Spoon over the tails.
