Oyster Stew

1 pint sweet milk
1 small can Oysters
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 Tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat the milk in double boiler. Drain Oysters from their liquor, heat liquor slightly and remove the skum. Blend butter and flour and stir in milk until thickened. Add the drained Oysters and liquor, cook for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
