Broiled Stuffed Scallops

1 1/2 lb. Scallops
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cups Italian bread crumbs
2-3 Tbsp. sherry (optional)
Salt & pepper

Roll Scallops in 1 cup crumbs and 1/4 cup butter. Mix 1 cup crumbs, sherry and 1/4 cup butter and seasonings in flat casserole. Place breaded Scallops in single layer and drizzle with melted butter. Broil 2 inches from heat until brown.
