Baked Stuffed Scallop Casserole

1 1/2 lb. fresh Scallops
2 cups bread crumbs
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup salad oil
1/2 cup water

Wash Scallops lightly in cold water. Set in 8 inch pie plate. Mix remaining ingredients well. Pour on top of Scallops. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 F for 25 to 30 minutes.
