Broiled Oysters and Bacon 1 pint fresh shucked Oysters
Sprinkle 1 pint fresh, shucked Oysters with the juice of 1 lemon. Let set 1/2 hour.
Drain and pat dry Oysters.
Wrap each Oyster with 1/2 slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick.
Broil 8-10 minutes, turning once, until bacon is crisp.
Serve 'em hot.
