Oyster Stew

1 pint Oysters, standard size
1 large onion, chopped
1 stick butter
1 quart sweet milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 box Oyster crackers

Empty pint of Oysters into boiler and add butter and onions. Bring to a boil and cook about 1-2 minutes to let the juices mingle.

Add milk and bring back up to almost a boil. Serve with Oyster crackers.
