Baked Scallops

2 lbs. Scallops
1 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
1 tsp. season salt
1 stick margarine, melted

Rinse Scallops. Grease baking dish; arrange Scallops. Pour cream over Scallops. Mix crackers, salt, and melted margarine; pour over Scallops.

Bake at 350 F for 35 minutes or until top is light brown.

Serves 6-8 people
