Baked Stuffed Scallops

1 lb. Scallops
8-10 Ritz crackers, crushed
8-10 Saltines, crushed
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup margarine or butter
4 Tbsp. cream or milk

Melt butter in frying pan. Add crumbs, salt, and pepper; brown. Butter casserole and layer crumbs and Scallops alternately. Add cream or milk; sprinkle with paprika and bake at 400 F for 20-25 minutes.
