Lobster Bisque

1/4 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 cups milk
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked Lobster
2 Tbsp. sherry
1/4 tsp. salt

Cook onion in margarine until tender. Add milk and cream cheese. Cook stirring occasionally until cheese is melted. Add remaining ingredients. Heat and serve.
