Baked Stuffed Scallops

1 lb. Scallops
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. sweet basil
1/3 cup Ritz crackers

Mix all ingredients together in a casserole pan. Sprinkle with paprika and lemon. Bake at 350 F for approximately 35 minutes or until Scallops are tender and not chewy.

Serves 2 generously
