Baked Scallops

Scallops
Salt and pepper
Flour
Butter or margarine

Drain Scallops. Salt and pepper and dredge thickly with flour. Melt a generous amount of butter or margarine in a flat casserole. Place Scallops separately in a single layer and bake about 15 minutes in a very hot oven. Broil for a few seconds to brown, if necessary.
