Baked Scallops

1 lb. Scallops
3 to 4 slices of bread
1/4 stick of butter
1/4 cup wine (Sautern)
Chives

Toast bread slightly; just enough to dry out. Put in blender to make crumbs. Melt 1/2 stick butter and 1/4 cup wine and tiny bits of chives. Mix together.

Bake in a shallow baking dish at 400 F for 20 minutes.
