Oyster Stew

1/4 cup onion, minced
1 garlic clove
4 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 lb. Oysters & liquid
1 pint sour cream
1 cup half & half

Saute onions and garlic in butter. Add Oysters and simmer 5 minutes. Allow to cool slightly, add sour cream and half and half. Heat and serve.
