5 dozen medium stewing Oysters
1/2 gal. extra Oyster broth

Cook above mixture in a large cook pot on high until Oysters begin to curl up. Add: 1/4 lb. butter, pepper (to taste), salt (to taste).

Heat through. Serve with Oyster crackers.
