Baked Scallops

2 lb. Scallops
1 package seasoned croutons, Pepperidge Farm
1 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 pint light cream

Layer Scallops, croutons, cheese in that order then pour cream over. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. Can be prepared day before.
