Chilled Clam Bisque 6 1/2 oz Can minced clams, undrained Blend clams and liquid at high speed until smooth. Add cream, Worcestershire, Tabasco and salt; blend until well mixed. Transfer to large bowl. Refrigerate until well chilled. Before serving, sprinkle with chives and paprika. |
