Nasi Udang (Prawn Fried Rice)

4 oz Prawns
1 Bowl boiled rice
1 Egg
1 Chilli; pound to taste
1 Clove garlic
1 tb Soya sauce
1 tb Oil

Heat the oil and add the garlic, prawns and the egg.

Stir them well and add the rice, Soya sauce and the chilli.

Serve hot.
