Broiled Scallops with Italian Bread Crumbs

6 oz. fresh Sea Scallops
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. granulated garlic
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Mix together bread crumbs, seasonings, and Parmesan cheese. Add to this: 1 tsp. paprika

Blend thoroughly.

Toss Scallops in bread crumb mixture, coating well. Place Scallops in an individual casserole dish.

Drizzle with: 1/8 cup lemon juice 1 oz. melted butter

Bake in oven at 350 F for 15 minutes.
