Broiled Scallops

1 1/2 lbs. Market Day Scallops, thawed
2 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
Lemon slices

Drain thawed Scallops; pat them dry with a paper towel. Combine the honey, mustard, curry and lemon juice. Place the Scallops on a broiler pan; brush with the honey mixture. Broil at 425 F 4" from the heat 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Turn the Scallops; brush with remaining sauce. Broil 8 to 10 minutes longer. Do not over cook. Garnish with lemon slices.
