Broiled Or Baked Scallops

1/2 cup butter
1 cup bread crumbs
1 fresh lemon
1/4 tsp. white pepper
Paprika
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/2 cup white wine
1 tsp. parsley flakes
package of Bay Scallops (16 oz.)

Melt butter. Add wine, juice from lemon, pepper, garlic, onion, and parsley flakes. Simmer mixture for about 5 minutes. Arrange Scallops in baking pan, sprinkle with bread crumbs, spoon on liquid. Sprinkle with paprika and stir. Bake about 5 to 7 minutes at 400 F or place under broiler and broil until browned (stirring constantly).
