Baked Stuffed Scallops

1/2 pint heavy cream
1 1/2 lbs. Sea Scallops, quartered
1 1/2 stick butter
Mix 1 cup Ritz crackers, rolled to a powder and 1 cup o plain bread crumbs
3 shakes seasoned salt
3 shakes black pepper
3 shakes garlic powder

In a saucepan melt butter; add the cracker and bread crumbs and seasoning mix. Fold in the cut Scallops. Place in an ungreased 4 quart casserole dish or pan. Pour 1/2 pint of heavy cream over the top of Scallops. Bake uncovered at 350 F for 45 minutes to an hour until golden.
