Baked Scallops

3/4 lbs. Scallops
1/4 cup fresh parsley
4 gem (Ritz) crackers, crushed
2 tsp. butter
1 clove garlic minced
Salt and pepper, to taste

If Scallops are large, cut in half. Combine Scallops, parsley, and cracker crumbs. Melt butter and saute garlic for 2 minutes or until lightly brown. Add garlic butter to Scallop mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Turn into small, shallow casserole. Bake at 350 F for 20 to 25 minutes or until Scallops are opaque and crumbs are browned.
