Bacon Grilled Scallops 1/4 cup bourbon
In a bowl, combine the bourbon, scallions, maple syrup, soy sauce, mustard, and pepper. Stir in the Scallops. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Prepare the grill or heat the broiler. Wrap the Scallops in bacon and thread on skewers. Grill or broil 4 inches from the heat, turning once, until the bacon is crisp and the Scallops are opaque, about 5 minutes. |
