Easy Oyster Stuffing

3 boxes Uncle Ben's Stuff 'n' Such stuffing mix
2 cans fresh Oysters, drained, reserving liquid
3 ribs celery, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 stick margarine
Salt and pepper

Saute celery and onion in margarine until soft. Prepare stuffing mix according to directions on box, substituting reserved Oyster liquid and sufficient water to equal required liquid. Season to taste. Cut Oysters in half and mix in lightly. Bake in casserole at 350 F covered for 35 minutes; uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
