Dressing with Oysters

1 large package Stove Top or Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 large onion
1 small can mushrooms
1 small eggplant
1/2 pint Oysters
1 can chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 eggs
2 sticks butter
Couple pinches thyme seasoning

Cut mushrooms, onion, eggplant and Oysters into diced pieces and saute on low heat until done. Heat chicken broth and chicken soup together with butter. Beat eggs together. Mix all ingredients, place in greased 9x16 inch baking dish. Bake at 325 F for approximately 25-30 minutes until brown on top.
