Classic Oyster Stew 1/2 Stick unsalted butter In large skillet, melt butter. When bubbly, add oysters. Heat a few minutes. Mix together cream, half & half, milk & strained oyster juice in saucepan. Heat thoroughly and add paprika. Add oysters. Simmer. Do not let boil. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Serve hot with fresh parsley. Approximately 8-12 minutes. |
