Cheese Baked Lobster

2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup grated sharp cheese
1 lb. Lobster Meat, cubed
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs

Cook onions, green peppers and mushrooms in butter or margarine for 5 minutes. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk, slowly, cook and stir until thick. Add cheese and Lobster Meat. Heat. Place in greased baking dish or 6 custard cups. Blend melted butter with bread crumbs; sprinkle over top of Lobster mixture. Bake at 400 F for 10 minutes.
